Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Is the composite index of machine utilization, calculated as:

OEE = Availability × Performance × Quality

Net Saving = saved material + reclaimed-time value + avoided Scrap/Rework cost − Purging cost − Trial/extra implementation cost

Monthly calc:

  1. Count monthly color and material changes (such as 20)
  2. Find current baseline: avg discarded-resin kg per time, time per time, rejects per lot
  3. Run Controlled Trial with real measured values under identical gates
  4. Multiply by costs into baht
  5. Subtract monthly ASACLEAN spend
  6. Result = monthly Net Saving Payback Period = initial investment divided by Net Saving per period
