Basic operation

Basic usage

  1. Confirm NewM resin and temperature
  2. Purge old resin and set the machine per TDS, observing: max 30 min residence above 280°C
  3. Feed purging compound; adjust back pressure and screw speed to machine state
  4. Chase purging compound out with next resin; verify cleanliness before production
