Check on site: Temperature, resin type, Hot Runner, clearance, screen mesh and residence time
Basic operation

Basic usage

  1. Confirm GL3 resin and temperature
  2. Purge old resin and set the machine per TDS, observing: no screen finer than 100 mesh; max 30 min residence above 280°C
  3. Feed purging compound; adjust back pressure and screw speed to machine state
  4. Chase purging compound out with next resin; verify cleanliness before production
