Why PF

Why PF fills the gap PX2 cannot

PF supports Hot Runner, has no Glass Fiber and allows sealing — fitting high-temp systems with fine flow paths per TDS clearance

Reference amount

TDS generally states 1–2 times system capacity; actual amount depends on residue level

Constraints

Key limits

Passage must be at least 0.5 mm, screens no finer than 100 mesh, and above 370°C never leave PF sitting in the barrel for any duration

Check on site: Real temperature, Hot Runner gate, die clearance, screen mesh and purge time

PF or PX2 — how to choose

Choose PF when

Hot Runner present, Glass Fiber prohibited, low residue needed, or shutdown and sealing used

Consider PX2 when

Extreme mechanical cleaning power needed, no Hot Runner, and the system accepts Glass Fiber

Basic operation

Basic usage

  1. Confirm the super engineering plastic and 280–420°C
  2. Verify Hot Runner gate or die clearance of at least 0.5 mm and screens no finer than 100 mesh
  3. Feed PF per the trial plan; TDS states no soak
  4. Above 370°C purge continuously and never let PF sit in the barrel
